Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic

ProHEALTH Care is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our busy outpatient orthopedic clinic in Garden City. You’ll work with a diverse patient population recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and chronic pain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Document patient progress using WebPT EMR
• Communicate with referring physicians

Requirements

• NYS PT license (or eligible)
• DPT from an accredited program
• Ortho experience preferred; new grads welcome
